Anyone who lives, works, or owns property in the Riverside Heights demo district can join. Household membership is open and low-friction. Sustaining tiers fund tools, event supplies, and the small project grants the board awards each year. Member meetings are open; dues keep the lights on without turning the association into a closed club.
